Return & refund policy
If a piece isn't right for the room, we'll make it easy to send back.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a piece for a full refund. It just needs to be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Email us at info@modera-decor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address — no need to ship it yourself.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.
If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo at info@modera-decor.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
Prefer a different shape or finish instead of a refund? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange an exchange for a piece of equal or lesser value, with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly.
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
