Shipping policy
How we get every piece to your door — safely, and within two days.
Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of confirmation, Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday are processed the next business day.
We currently deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Most orders arrive within two days of dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery is free on every order across the UAE, with no minimum spend required.
You can pay by cash on delivery, credit or debit card, or Apple Pay at checkout — whichever is easiest for you.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it right up to your door. Our courier will also call ahead before arriving.
Occasionally, weather, public holidays or high demand can add a day or two to delivery. If your order is running late, we'll always let you know.
Every piece is carefully wrapped and cushioned for transit, so it arrives exactly as it left our studio partners.
